We collect only what we need, protect it seriously, and never sell it.
The short version: We collect your name, email, and booking details to provide our service. We use Stripe for payments — we never store your card details. We don't sell your data. Ever. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@meetatgate.com.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
When you make a booking: full name, email, phone number, pick-up/drop-off location, travel date/time, flight number, and number of passengers. Automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (anonymised).
3. How we use your data
To fulfil your booking, process payment via Stripe, track your flight, communicate with you about your booking, and improve our platform using anonymised analytics. We never use your data for advertising.
4. Who we share your data with
Your transfer operator (name, phone, pick-up/drop-off only), Stripe (payment processing), and email delivery providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep your data
Booking data is retained for 3 years after your transfer date. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@meetatgate.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (session management), anonymised analytics cookies, and preference cookies (language settings). We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). Data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area.
